 i want to wash you off of my skin

my pores are clogged with the stench of you,

seeping into my bloodstream 

clouding my eyes and embedding yourself

into every crack of my soul, my mind.

i wake up to you

fall asleep to you

open and close my eyes for you

every expansion of my lungs is still for you. 

your greedy mouth drinking up every last drop of my time

waiting for more.
